Safety Guidance

Always supervise your dog while feeding and make sure fresh drinking water is available. Treats should be fed as part of a balanced diet. Choose treats that suit your dog's size, age and chewing style, and adjust main meals as needed.

Processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed the same day if ordered before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and the next working day if ordered after midday. You will also receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
