Safety Guidance

Always supervise your dog while feeding and make sure fresh drinking water is available. Choose a suitable piece size for your dog's age, size and chewing style. Natural treats can vary in size, shape, colour and texture. Remove if the treat becomes unsuitable for continued chewing.

Processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed the same day if ordered before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and the next working day if ordered after midday. You will also receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
