Feeding Guide

• Open one door each day from 1 to 25 December.
• Feed as part of a balanced diet and adjust your dog's usual food as needed.
• Suitable for dogs aged 8 weeks and over.
• Always supervise your dog and provide fresh drinking water.

Analytical constituents: Crude protein 51.9%, natural oils and fats 22.5%, moisture 10.1%, crude ash 7.4%.

Salmon
Composition: Salmon.
Analytical constituents: Crude protein 30.8%, crude fat 37.9%, moisture 8.5%, crude ash 7.0%.

Turkey & Venison
Composition: Turkey and venison.
Analytical constituents: Venison treats: crude protein 64%, oils and fats 5%, moisture 10%, crude ash 9%. Turkey treats and sticks: crude protein 63.3%, oils and fats 13%, moisture 5.1%, crude ash 2.7%, crude fibre 4.6%.

Processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed the same day if ordered before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and the next working day if ordered after midday. You will also receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Weights are based on an average per product and estimated packaging.

If a chosen delivery service isn’t available in your area, we’ll arrange the best alternative on your behalf. We’ll always let you know of any changes, and if the replacement service costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.

Returns

Our 30-day return offer is additional to your statutory rights.

For change-of-mind returns, we arrange either a collection or a drop-off using a QR code. As a guide, return postage is typically £3.99 or £7.99, depending on the parcel and return service. We confirm the actual cost with you before arranging the return and deduct the agreed amount from your refund.

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we arrange the appropriate return and cover the return cost.
