150g Bag, Medium Single and Large Single: protein 89%, fat 8%, ash 5%, as declared on the product packaging.

How to Use

Choose between the bag and individual sizes using your dog's size and chewing style. Offer during a supervised session, check the chew regularly and remove small remaining pieces that could be swallowed whole. Treats should be included within the daily food allowance.

Complementary treats for dogs. Feed as a treat or reward within a balanced diet. Supervise your dog throughout and provide fresh drinking water. Choose a size suitable for your dog and remove any small remaining pieces.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Medium and Large Singles are sold loose. For the 150g bag, keep the pack closed after opening.

Processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed the same day if ordered before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and the next working day if ordered after midday. You will also receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Our 30-day return offer is additional to your statutory rights.

For change-of-mind returns, we arrange either a collection or a drop-off using a QR code. As a guide, return postage is typically £3.99 or £7.99, depending on the parcel and return service. We confirm the actual cost with you before arranging the return and deduct the agreed amount from your refund.

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we arrange the appropriate return and cover the return cost.
