Chicken: Composition: Chicken meat. Analytical Constituents: Crude protein 50.5%, crude fat 8.8%, crude fibre 33.7%, crude ash 4.1%.
Duck: Composition: Duck meat. Analytical Constituents: Crude protein 60.1%, crude fat 8.6%, crude fibre 17.2%, crude ash 10.3%.
Wild Boar: Composition: Wild boar meat. Analytical Constituents: Crude protein 59.8%, crude fat 12.1%, crude fibre 16.8%, crude ash 9.6%.
Beef: Composition: Beef meat. Analytical Constituents: Crude protein 79.1%, crude fat 3.4%, crude fibre 2.7%, crude ash 5.6%.
